Apply for an Our House Properties Home

Our House does not check credit scores, but rather bases our selection process on 4 simple qualifying conditions:

1) No evictions or landlord related court filings (some exceptions may apply)

2) Verifiable employment

3) Verifiable rental history

4) Ability to pay rent for the full term of the lease.

Simply  submit three items:

1) Full legal name of all adults living in the homes and who will be on the lease

2) Date of birth for all adults living in the home who will be on the lease

3) Social Security Number for all adults living in the home who will be on the lease

Upon acceptance: 

 Prior to move-in, Our House Properties will require the balance of the first months rent AND a security deposit in the amount of 1 months full rent

Pet deposits are required. 

Dogs 30+ pounds $250

Dogs and cats 29 pounds and under $200

THERE IS A $45 DOLLAR APPLICATION FEE FOR SINGLE INDIVIDUALS AND UNMARRIED APPLICANTS;  THE FEE FOR MARRIED APPLICANTS IS 35
