Our House is responsive to your needs as a tenant and most service requests are handled same or next day. We take a hands on personal approach. We want your experience to be a good one and to have confidence in the properties and managers. We value our tenants and want to retain you as a tenant in the homes that we provide. Honesty, communication, integrity and trust are our cornerstones.

We are always just a phone call, text message, or email away. Let us know how we can be of assistance. We are a small company unencumbered with huge overhead and expensive offices. We take a personal approach with each of our tenants and our property owners. Our hands on style has worked! Many of our tenants have been with Our House for 10 years or more. Our property management philosophy is to be non intrusive but always present.

Individual attention when it comes to looking at our homes. Our House Properties does not herd lookers in groups to view our lovely houses. We prefer the one on one personal touch with each interested party. Easy application process- if you like it, we can move forward with your new home. Once you fill out our application, the property is taken off the market so nobody else can apply. A small refundable deposit will be required to hold the home while the application is in process. Once approved, our easy to read and understand lease is signed by you, and you're on your way to living in a lovely Our House Properties home. Debbie, our manager, is accessible and does return her calls and or text messages. If she can't get to you right away, rest assured every contact is reciprocated.
